Partnering with Veterinarians

At Eternal Tides, we believe in working closely with veterinarians to provide a seamless and compassionate aftercare experience for pets and their owners. Our goal is to support your practice by offering meaningful services to help you serve your clients. Ranging from sustainable aquamation services and tailored memorial options, we want to provide you and your clients with services that align with your values.

Our Services

We offer a range of services designed to complement your practice:

  • Water-Based Cremation: Alkaline Hydrolysis (aquamation) is an eco-friendly alternative to “traditional” flame-based cremation.

  • Memorial Services: Personalized memorial options to honor beloved pets.

  • Comfort Room: A neutral space where pet owners can say goodbye in a peaceful setting.

How We Can Collaborate

Scheduled Collection of Animals: We can offer regular, scheduled visits to practices in the West Fargo, Fargo, and Moorhead area to collect animals, ensuring a smooth and respectful transition from your care to our services. We also offer a Collection Schedule Request tool for your practice manager and/or staff to use.

Comfort Room Use: Our Comfort Room provides a serene and respectful environment for pet owners to say their final goodbyes. Designed as a peaceful alternative to in-clinic euthanasia, it offers a quiet, private space where families can spend meaningful moments with their beloved pets in their last moments. This neutral setting alleviates the stress and emotional burden often associated with clinical environments, making the experience more comforting for both the pets and their owners. Additionally, the Comfort Room serves as a safe and reliable option compared to at-home euthanasia, ensuring that the process is handled with the utmost care and professionalism. By utilizing our Comfort Room, veterinarians can offer their clients a compassionate and dignified option that prioritizes the well-being of both the animals and their families.

Collaborative Cross-Promotion: By partnering with us, your practice can benefit from cross-promotion. We highlight our collaboration on our platforms, helping to build your reputation as a compassionate and eco-conscious provider.

Educational Sessions: We happily provide Lunch & Learn, Breakfast & Briefing, or alternatively timed sessions to educate your staff and clients about the benefits and processes of aquamation. Benefits of Collaborating With Us

  • Clear, Flat-Rate Aftercare Options

Clients are often overwhelmed in moments of loss. Eternal Tides simplifies their experience by offering just three transparent, weight-independent packages—Respect, Love, and Forever. Research shows that customers are more likely to engage with simple, emotionally aligned options rather than navigating complex weight-based or ashes-return distinctions.

  • Complimentary Aftercare Materials

Your clinic will receive biodegradable cadaver bags in four sizes, animal ID tracking tags, and clearly labeled materials for transport and coordination—all at no cost to you.

  • Team & Client Education Support

Aquamation (alkaline hydrolysis) may be new to your team or community. Eternal Tides offers a complimentary Lunch & Learn at your clinic, along with branded educational brochures and materials to help explain the science, sustainability, and emotional benefits of water-based cremation.

  • Streamlined Pickup & Communication

We know your team is busy. That’s why we’ve created an easy-to-use online pickup form—no lengthy coordination or extra calls required. Just submit the form, and we’ll handle the rest.

  • An Elevated Client Experience

Each pet is returned with care in a hand-sewn pouch made from repurposed materials, accompanied by a sympathy card and the pet’s individual tracking tag. Because Aquamation returns approximately 20% more remains than flame cremation, families often remark on the sense of presence and completeness in what they receive.
